How can I help my neighbors overcome their fear of commitment to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ?

There are only two reasons why people don’t open their hearts to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The first reason is ignorance, the other is fear of commitment. Since my neighbors confess that they have read the bible several times, I know the only option is to help them with their fear of commitment to our Lord. How can I help them overcome this?
