….. asked:

Why is **** not considered as more grave than even murder when it kills a person on a deeper level than the physical? Murder is purely physical death, while **** is a death on the spiritual and psychological level, and if a person’s faith is “killed” they could end up in hell. A person who is murdered on the other hand dies physically, but their spiritual and psychological well-being is preserved into the next life which should be of more importance to Christians than the “physical body” or “this life”.

So my question is:
Why is abortion or murder worthy of excommunication but **** is not? Murder is a kinder, better, and more just fate than to be killed on the spiritual level and deny God and be sent to hell isn’t it? Wouldn’t eternal damnation be worse than physical death since we all are going to die anyway and that is just a fact of life, right?

I’m not trying to downgrade murder, but am trying to make a point that **** should actually be “religiously” level with murder, for what it does to the “soul” of a person which can never be undone; what do you think?
